Mastering the Greek language for professional purposes is essential for foreigners seeking to work in Greek businesses, whether in Greece or abroad. The need for integration into Greek society, the job market, and the acquisition of key language structures and industry-specific terminology inspired the creation of “Greek for Business.”
“Greek for Business”is designed for students at the intermediate level (B1-B2) and focuses on enhancing language skills in real-world business contexts. These include tasks like visiting a bank, handling office transactions, navigating e-commerce, conducting financial exchanges, and reading financial newspapers.
The course is built around a specialized textbook developed by a consortium of international schools and universities, partially funded by the EU. The primary goal of the book is to equip students with a broad range of business communication scenarios, emphasizing the vocabulary, grammar, and syntax required in these situations.
